Bei mir ist der Timewater Kesselwagen ein Teil des Bauzugs, der die veränderlichen Splines wieder in den Urzustand zurück setzt.

Hallo Dieter,
nein, du hast hier nichts verpasst.
Schau mal unter den Achsen zum Kesselwagen, da findest du die Achse "Zeitwasser sprühen". Mit dessen Aktivierung fangen auch die beiden orangen Warnleuchten an zu blinken, deshalb "Wasser- und Lichtfunktion".
